Who is selling

Seller: PJ Fabia (trading as Digital Marino). Contact: support@digitalmarino.com. Auto3M is a product of Digital Marino, created by PJ Fabia.

1. What you are buying

A digital product: reference notes, templates and guides for deck officers, as a Notion template and an Obsidian vault. It is delivered in your Library on this site: a link to duplicate the Notion template and a download of the Obsidian vault. The description on the product page is part of this agreement.

2. Price and payment

The Auto3M Complete Package costs ₱2,499 one time, or ₱999 at the student price, and includes 12 months of update membership. Update membership then renews for ₱499 a year if you choose to renew. Prices are in Philippine pesos and are shown before you pay. Nothing renews automatically.

While the store is opening, payment is by GCash or bank transfer using the details shown after you place your order. Your order becomes active when we confirm the payment. When card and e-wallet checkout is switched on, payment is handled by our payment provider and we never see or store your card details.

3. Student price

The student price is for students and deck cadets who have not yet embarked on another vessel as an Officer, Trainee Officer or Rating. You confirm this when you order. We may ask for proof, and we may refuse or cancel an order that does not qualify and refund what you paid.

4. Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own work and to adapt it for yourself, on your own devices. You may not resell it, share it with people who have not bought it, post it publicly, or use it to make a competing product. Third-party plugins in the product are covered by their own open-source licences (see the Licence page).

5. Safety notice

The Safety notice is part of these terms. In short: the product is a study and reminder aid, you remain responsible for your own actions on board, and you must follow your company's SMS, the Master and the official texts.

6. Accuracy and updates

We write carefully and review our notes, but we do not promise that every note is complete, error-free or current.

While your membership is active we aim to publish at least one update pack each month. You keep everything you downloaded and every update pack published while your membership was active. New packs need an active membership. Report errors to support@digitalmarino.com.

7. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any rights you have under the Consumer Act.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the product, including injury, damage to a ship or cargo, fines, detention, loss of employment or loss of income, except where the loss is caused by our negligence in preparing the product.

8. Refunds

The Refund policy is part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property and copyright complaints

The product, its wording, layout and the Auto3M and Digital Marino names belong to the seller or its licensors. We write the notes ourselves and do not reproduce copyrighted texts.

If you believe a note copies protected material, write to support@digitalmarino.com with the title of the note, the work you believe it copies, and your contact details. We review every complaint promptly and correct or remove the note if it is valid.

10. Age

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to buy and to give us your email address.

11. Privacy

The Privacy notice explains what we collect and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

12. Governing law

Philippine law applies. If you have a complaint, please write to us first. If you are a consumer outside the Philippines, you keep any mandatory consumer rights of your own country.

13. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version you accepted when you ordered applies to that order.

14. Acceptance

By ticking the box at checkout and placing your order, you agree to these terms, the Safety notice and the Refund policy.
